Traditional Hatha Yoga, emphasizing functional form and alignment from the center, and movement with the breath, that allows the deeper effects of the practice to unfold for each individual. Modifications and variations are taught so that all poses are accessible to any practitioner.

Flow practice that is rooted in the foundations of the Eight Limbed Path of Ashtanga Yoga. Advanced in technical difficulty and movement. A year's yoga practice recommended.

Don't let the name fool you. We practice Chair Yoga with the same intensity and attention to form as any other yoga class, with a focus on core strength, balance, and functional movements and poses. This is an all-levels class, with many variations and modifications for any and all practitioners.

This is a 4 week series held each month. Gentle poses to restore ease and peace in the body and mind. Pillows, blankets and soft surroundings help to promote a spacious and easeful end to the week.
