A balance of movement, holding the postures, and breathing are the foundation of the modern practice of Hatha Yoga, to explore both physical and more subtle realms of body and mind. Suitable for any level of experience. Props, including chairs, are available.
Advanced Practice, Level II
A challenging mix of advanced postures, refining classic poses, and exploring prana and breath. A foundation of basic yoga and breath awareness is required to attend these classes.
